Highlands Advanced Rheumatology is a private single-specialty medical practice located in Highlands County. Our expertise lies in the diagnosis and management of immune system disorders which result in unnecessary and harmful inflammation in various organs of the human body.

Jennifer Mariani, APRN
Jennifer Mariani MSN APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. She then returned to her home state of Florida and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Tampa.
Jennifer has been a part of the Highlands Advanced Rheumatology team since 2016. She is very dedicated to our patients. Improving and maintain an adequate quality of life through accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment is of upmost importance to her. She stays abreast of the latest trends in rheumatology to better develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
During her time off Jennifer enjoys running and spending time with her husband and 4 sons. Together they enjoy camping and visiting area theme parks.
